Coliseums District [Open]

Raban walked around in his Assailant attire as looked at all the beautiful women and watching out for criminals around but his eyes were mostly directed to the sky. "One day I will be an Alpha if not well at least I can be a mercenary to help my family" Raban smiled at the thought as he continued on he walked to the coliseum where his mis-colored eyes would draw a fear from some people looking at him and whispering, "Is he even a Caesium soldier, look at those eyes they look it could kill us if he blinks." said a man talking to a women dressed in elegant clothing. Raban sighed and itched the back of his head in annoyance knowing what they are saying so he continues on and makes his rounds to make sure no one is causing any trouble. "I hope mother and sister are doing okay with selling the food without me." Raban thought as he itched his head again only for him to put his arms to his sides and walk over to the bench where he sits down and relaxes. "Such a nice day today." Raban muttered under his breath as he closed his eyes to take a nap.

Shikyo had traveled to the Ceasium grounds. They had a coliseum built there and he wanted to see how strong they were. He didn't want to be noticed, attract attention, or somehow push the warriors to performing dangerously so, he wore a black cloak that obscured his face and sat among the other spectators. He watched on as the warriors fought.

Raban slowly opened his eyes and looked seeing people being busy as always until it hits him. "Oh yeah I have that meeting to go to." Raban thought as his eyes wandered around only to notice a man in a cloak, "When did he get here also why is he not in fancy clothing like the other people? Could he be from somewhere....hmm...I may as well talk to him I don't want these citizens to be hurt." Raban thought with skeptic confidence as he got up from the bench and walked over to the man and tapped him on the shoulder. "Excuse me sir, sorry if I am bothering you but I must ask what are you doing here? Because it is rare too see someone that isn't in fancy clothing like those high class over there." Raban points over to the group of fancy looking people laughing and enjoying their day while watching the fighting on the ground floor.

Shikyo smiled. "I wasn't aware of the dress code and I have traveled far to see these fights. I wish to see who is considered the strongest here."

"The strongest well that depends on what kind there are the saber's, marksmen, assailants, and the alphas. If you want the strongest Alphas are the ones you need to look for as here for now on the ground floor would be the man in the middle facing the two." said Raban as he pointed out where he was at. "I hope that is what you are looking for sir or are you talking about who is the strongest in the coliseum right now." said Raban as he smiled willing to help him out with the questions. As the time went on a few people entered the Coliseum ground floor in a armored clothing wearing masks as they walked towards the fighters within the arena. "Huh? Who are these people now?" Raban thought as he withdrew his focus from the cloaked man and onto the masked people down below.

"I was actually hoping to find strong warriors, not just by physical traits but, those that can adapt to the ever changing conditions of battle." Shikyo noticed he no longer had the man's attention. He followed the man's gaze and saw the masked men. "Are they not supposed to be there?"

"Not in the slightest bit." Raban said calmly as he walked down the steps and walked onto the ground floor with the masked people. "So what do we have here? Trying to make some trouble for the citizens and as well my fellow brethren of the arena?" Raban smiled as he put his hand on a masked man's shoulder only for the masked man to take out a dagger and attempt to stab him only within seconds the masked man's arm was completely broken as he looked on to the others with a smile as the masked man screamed in pain. "So you are going to hurt my fellow Caesiumians.....that I cannot allow." Raban said calmly still as his smile went into a blank expression and rush towards the group of masked people to dispatch them quickly breaking their arms and legs only leaving one left shaking it's boots. "Well...it seems your the last one will you give up your mask and come to questioning or dispatch you in pain?" Raban said calmly still as his eyes begin to flare with destructive intention.

Shikyo watched as the man who had been helping him to understand this strange display, quickly disabled the men. He was pretty impressed that he could take on so many at once and still remain in control of himself while keeping in mind the laws of the land.

The masked person slowly backed away and ran only to be surrounded by the Caesium fighters of the arena to only have Raban walk within the circle. "So you choose to run, you know that is a poor choice. So I will give you one last chance before I will break your limbs, comply to the interrogation or be tortured for information." Raban said as he walked slowly to the masked person only to have it kneel down and take out a Caesium gun filled with energy and tried to shoot Raban in the face but to dodge once again having a small energy burn on his shoulder only to have him grit his teeth and grab the masked person's arm crushing it with ease as well the other and the legs, the screams were of a woman as Raban stood over her with a blank expression. "I told you should have complied with interrogation, you sabers go and take the wounded to the hospital as well this sad piece of trash." Raban said with a cold tone as his eyes did not flare anymore with that the few fighters of the arena took and grabbed the masked people and took them to the hospital to have them recover to be interrogated later. Raban slowly went back up and sat next to the cloaked man looking over to him, "Sorry you had to see that." Raban smiled once again as his blank expression faded.

"Please, there is no need to apologize for doing your duty. I was also able to find what I was searching for." Shikyo removed his hood, revealing the face of the King. "I wonder if you might be interested in joining a group I am trying to form. It would be a sort of Secret Police but, not as vicious as that all sounds."

Raban chuckled lightly with stress off his chest only to stop moment after to hear the cloaked man's offer, "A secret police? Well I am in a tight money spot right now the only thing I need to know is how much it pays sorry for me being greedy but it is to help my family here." Raban said truthfully as he looked at the cloaked man. "Plus I must ask why a secret police?" Raban questioned the cloaked man as Raban slowly went into deep thought thinking of whether or not to do it considering his side job.

"You, and your family, will want for nothing. You will have access to any amount of money you want." Shikyo listened to his next question. "I realize that not everyone is going to be happy with being ruled by me, despite my open hand. I need to keep control of the people while also showing that I am supported by even their own kind. So, the main goal is to settle out un-rest among the people."

"Hmm...that is a interesting proposal. Can I think about for a few days because I have business to attend to before I make my decision I hope you understand." said Raban in a serious tone looking at the cloaked man with his mismatched eyes. "The time...I almost forgot, what time is it sir?" Raban broke off eye contact looking around for a clock as he itched behind his head.

"Of course. Please, take all the time you need. I can normally be found in the Capitol. It's about seven now."

"Ah I see thank you I shall see you until later then but for now I have to tend to many things. I hope you have a nice night." Raban smiled and waves goodbye as he gets up and runs over to the exit leaving quickly off somewhere.
